                 This quote means that he wasn't trying to do whats wrong but he was trying to do whats right and make his team a better team and make them successful. A example of this quote that we can use is that , whether your not well sure about what your doing , you should still be trying your best on every single thing and make your self a better person and as well not leave a legacy as he said but trying to do whats most  right and whats fair for others. But you can also say that your joining basketball as well but your new to that time and what your trying to do is get your task on and not disappoint others in your team , so your task is to do whats right and not leave a legacy. But dean smith was a good coach that his team appreciated him for coaching him and he was doing what was right and make his team better and not worse , making you a successful person can also make you learn a lesson out of it and make you one as well. If you want to be one you should learn out of it and not just say you'll soon be one but always try your best and make it look like you did actually try your best out of it and make it look like you deserve it and you need it the most. But as everyone in the team seen him as his mentor and just a coach so he would mean a lot to everyone and that's what all of us should do right.

                     

Karma will take care of itself

   This quote means that you don't have to worry about achieving your dream what all matters is that how ever you lead your life. If whether you no how to lead it right karma as well will take care of itself and also that once you know how to lead your life and karma which means your destiny, fortune, and good luck , your dream will come to you because you did the right thing and followed how you wanted to do your life and lead your own self. And an example i can give, is that your dream is whether to be come a great student who would do great on school which having good grades and becoming a successful student. You got to lead your self of how you want your life to be for the rest of your life and as well want your dream that you want to become true and as if you want to become a successful student then you school do it the right way and the karma well take care of it .Which can means soon or later your dream can become true , but as well not only because your leading your life the right way doesn't mean its going to do it on its own. You have to keep trying your own best as well to lead your self their were you know you well be able to do it. Which your hard work pays of with karma .. good luck and you'll know that trying your best at all times can get you something you always wanted but not most of the time you get what you want but always have faith in you , that you know you can make it happen.

            The quote , " Of all the work that is done or that can be done for our country ,the greatest is that of educating the BODY ,the MIND, and above all the CHARACTER,giving spiritual and moral training to those who in few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation" means that all the hard work you have put in means that every time you try your best means that your using you body and mind to help you out as well and which also means that the educating the body,  the mind they give moral training to those who in few years they might see them in  a good well position and that's because they have tried there own best which gets them some where they always wanted to be.
The other example is that every time you try hard on something and its hard for you and you might thing its really hard to get through it , you might want to thing to get to quit or do something than that. But as well this can help others like family , friends and others but what i mean this can help them is because it can make a change in life and as well help others who have problems and cant get help from others. And these quote can help others to basically focus on there goals and never give up on them. But if they really want to get help and start thinking , they should probably take a look at this quote and get to know what it means.

Volunteer services is a special summer school for ages 15-17, Agreement to volunteer up to 100 hours , four hours per week. Over 300 people volunteer monthly and throughout 250 medical departments. UCLA  health volunteers have earned and outstanding for their high level professionalism. Also offer special volunteers for schools and community groups. Their task is to discharging patients , assisting in transfer and as well helping patients escort staff. These opportunities are for students who would want to get a clinical  exposure . This would really help others who want to get a health degree and stuff and maybe as well , helping out in this opportunities and know more what to do when once's they start studying about health and the others stuff. So this is really going to help others and have a great and maybe easy to help them out as they go.

Body-Mind-Spirit

  This quote means that you must take care of your own body and mind and spirit. A example is that if any one offers you to try a drug and you say yes that means you don't want to take care of your self and want to damage it because you know that ones you try that drug you can get addicted and well not stop but as well if you keep on doing that its going to affect you body and mind.Always do whats best for you body and your mind because once's you get addicted you mind stops working and its affecting your body and it can probably affect your whole life and well probably wont be the same person you used to be. Another example  is that your affecting your own self and your family members that mostly care about you and your giving it a waste of time instead of being a happy person passing through bad things . Your making it look worst by not showing your self that you care and want to have a better life. And as the quote says that its for your own physical , mental and spirit your actually making worse you physical and your lungs and as well your own mental. And its affect your mental health and that's not what others want for you to happen. They want the best for you and have a well healthy life and not damage one.

    we can achieve this by making sure we do all our very best on our high school year and never give up because if we really want a diploma than we can show others that we can do it and not let our self's down . And missing a lot of school wont get any other of us in a place we want and dreamed about. So with help of others like the consular as well wants us to have a better life and not get kicked out of the school for having bad grades or missing a lot . So we must try our very best and never give up on something we want be and make it happen and as well have a diploma for trying our very best on school work or any other work we must try the best. So we should no that we can try the best everyday.

This quote means that intelligence is not enough which includes character which is the goal of true education and by what i means is that only cause you have intelligence doesn't means that its enough in which you need plus a character maybe it can be you as a example. Then your example would be lets say. when you are trying your best on  a project and then you get a good grade and then you automatically stop trying your best and then you know that the true education is that your always trying your best and you should never give up on your so work , in which makes you into a ctr person and you should as well always try your best and always keep trying in till you know you can do your best as well get your grades set. And have a future ahead try your very best .

Education: should at least be a doctor of medicine

Must attain training program in general, should have knowledge related to health science

                        This quote means that we should stop doing the bad things were always causing or doing but as well to start whats best for us in our lives. For example start leaving the bad stuff we did in  the past and do good in the future and as well like another example is that by getting the good grades and not bad grades like we did before . And try our very best in school like if we do really care for our future.And as well that quit doing the bad stuff people do like seeing you do and continue what they like to see , they like seeing you try your very best on making proud your parents about school work and final grades and as well passing your class with good grades to impress them. Like the quote says start and continue what we should do and courage to stop what we shouldn't do. Another example , some people decide to do bad things and as well they want others to join them like trying out drugs and that but once those bad kids get them to do that , they all suddenly walk away from them because all they wanted to do is affect them . Now that they done that those persons gets addicted to the drugs and cant quit and it automatically starts affecting their entire life and quit school and don't care about their career anymore . So we should quit playing games and quit the bad stuff and focus on school cause that's all matter that gets you to a future and if not your not going to be no one in life but be homeless like other drug dealers but that your choice if you want to become someone in life and have goals.

Every time you lie you are making another lie up which might affect your future because you are making up lies that might affect your future and as well but you should think about that after you make it up. Also if you keep lying about something people will probably never trust you again because of all the lies you decide to make and you will probably never get trusted by a friend again and probably as well you will never become someone if you wont stop lying about something  but sometimes you should notice that your not becoming a successful person but as well your making a difference in school and your turning to  a person who will care less now than before how you were and i bet every one you know would want you to become a better person and want you to have a better future now in  life and have a great job and become someone in life but you should never want to give up on your dreams.

School Break Days

              For Christmas i spent time with my dad's side family we ate pork , beef, and salad. The places i spent my Christmas was at Las Vegas because that's where my Dad's family lives at but i only stayed there for a week because i got really sick i wanted to come home better and spend New Years with my mom and brothers . I didn't met any new people but as well i watched spider man 3. My winter break wasn't that fun but glad  i spend time with my both family's and  i did have some what fun over there at Vegas. I did get a little bit of presents but i'm glad i got something . As well i saw Scary Movie 4 it was fun because i watched it with my brothers and cousin. When i got here for the next day my auntie and uncles came over to celebrate Christmas with us and some of my cousins and my mom's friends as well. It was pretty amazing because i did have fun  with them and  i got to see my aunt finally because she had moved to Reno Nevada. And as well i saw my dad the next day and brought my presents and as well i'm glad i saw my dad because i haven't seen my dad for a kind of long time so i'm very happy i was spending time with both sides of my family.
