           This quote means that we should make people who are popular sound and good and unpopular people unsound which is not true. So basically we should try to concentrate all our influence to make popular that which is sound and good , and unpopular that which is unsound. And as well for an example if we try to help others well they need the most needed persons we should help them out no matter what we should make them sound and good and not unpopular and unsound and not good.
