This quote means that  a good name is better chosen than  the people that have money and are rich.
I say that those people don't care about others only about there self and their money. And us that try our best to get money for our parents or our parents for us .We don't need to have money to be happy we have our family that's all basically we should care about and what ever makes us happy. Help out others that need others help , be a good person to others , always obey each other but something the rich people wont want to do. So we almost be a great person in life and never a bad , because being friendly to others or etc. is making you  a ways better person than you are right now. Help out your family or any other important person in your life. Because rich people wouldn't obey others like we grew up to and maybe they just care of their money and not family but it doesn't really matter because we all must be happy and nice to everyone rich or not. Which in that case that what makes us a good person and a we have a good name .
